Hi, I’m Caitlin — authorised celebrant, nature lover & romance enthusiast.
I have always been drawn to ceremony and ritual – from holding insect funerals in my parent’s garden as a child, to preparing countless bush food feasts for family and friends – because there’s magic in recognising and celebrating this wondrous, fleeting life.
If my journey to celebrancy was a book, it would have many chapters. From dusty days traversing the red sands of Ulura and Simpson’s Desert as a professional cameleer, to making friends with every type of person leading tours around this beautiful country, to fighting for our native forests, and mentoring others how to connect more deeply with nature – it’s a tale of adventure, presence, and above all, connection.
And it’s these values I hold dear now, walking alongside you as you write your next chapter. One I know is filled with love, meaning and magic.

The short and sweet way to get hitched. I’ll meet you (and up to two of your favourite folk) at your choice of location, then we’ll say the legal bits, sign the official paperwork and you can pop the bubbly. This is for anyone wanting a simple, no-fuss day.

A sentimental experience for adventurous souls. I’ll help you find the perfect wilderness ceremony spot and organise all the required permits. On the day, we’ll get together with up to 10 guests and you’ll exchange heartfelt vows in a short personalised ceremony. I’ll personally coordinate any extras you desire so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Optional extras include accommodation at Nahele for up to two couples, professional photography and videography, flowers, catering and more.

A completely customised wedding ceremony that artfully weaves your love story into every moment. I’ll be by your side throughout the planning process – listening to your dreams, offering ideas, hyping you up when the going gets tough and then crafting a unique ceremony that feels like you.
I’ll be there for you if you need an extra hand with your vows or finding vendors and I'll make sure all the legal paperwork is taken care of.
Optional extra – Need an MC? I can stick around to bring the good vibes and keep the day on track. Let me look after the run sheet, speeches, getting the dancefloor started and giving grandma plenty of love.

You don’t need legal wording or paperwork to make or renew a lifelong commitment to the person you love. This is for couples who want to celebrate with their favourite people, with none of the admin attached. You might already be legally hitched or you might simply want to recognise your love story without any of the legal stuff.

All-inclusive elopements at Nahele
Take the hassle out of planning with an intimate, all-inclusive elopement on the idyllic property Nahele – the Spirit of the Rainforest.
With 100 acres of rainforest, farmland and wild bushland to choose from, your love can be immortalised under a 100-year old fig tree, on a mountain ridge or nestled amongst the extensive gardens.
I’ll personalise a short, heartfelt ceremony and coordinate any extras you desire. Then you can meet the resident herd of horses, relax in the outdoor bath, light a campfire and stay up late watching shooting stars streak across the sky.
You (and up to two friends) can stay in the thoughtfully designed cottages, with detached bedrooms and bathrooms offering plenty of privacy.

Funerals and end of life
Whilst there is no easy way to say goodbye to someone you love, we can honour them with a meaningful and heartfelt end-of-life celebration.
Together, we’ll create a warm and respectful ceremony that reflects their values and personality, pays tribute to their memory, and honours the lasting connections they made with their loved ones.
I believe it is an honour to hold this space of grief and transition and I recognise the pivotal role that funerals play in healing. I treat this responsibility with the utmost reverence.
